Corporate Service Division

The Corporate Service Division (CSD) is responsible for the overall coordination and management of MAFF human resources and financial & capital resources. The division’s responsibilities are carried out through the Human Resource, Administration and Training Section; and the Finance, Accounts and Asset Management Section.

The division started the financial year 2025–2026 with 14 permanent staff, 4 daily-paid employees and 2 unfilled vacancies, and a total budget of $1,104,737.88, with 43% allocated to salaries and 57% to operational expenses.

Our Core Responsibilities

  • Delivering financial management and budget planning for all MAFF divisions.
  • Providing efficient human resource and staff development services.
  • Ensuring procurement, logistics, and fleet management.
  • Maintaining transparency, compliance, and accountability.
  • Coordinating internal communication and policy documentation.

Staff Recruitment

During the 2024–2025 financial year, the CSD facilitated:
• Recruitment of 11 new staff
• Promotion of 11 staff
• Retirement of 4 staff
• Resignation of 4 staff
There were still 25 vacancies unfilled at the end of the financial year.
