The Corporate Services Division provides HR, finance, administration, planning, compliance and capacity-building services to enable MAFF to deliver on its mission.

Overview & Mission

The CSD ensures that MAFF has the administrative systems, human resources, financial controls and corporate planning required to operate efficiently and transparently. We coordinate recruitment, staff development, budgeting, procurement and compliance with Public Service Commission (PSC) instructions.

Core Objectives

  • Deliver efficient HR services: recruitment, leave & performance management.
  • Ensure financial accountability and timely reporting.
  • Support divisions with administration, fleet and logistics.
  • Build staff capacity through training and scholarship programs.
